Indications d'application: TLR2 antibody can be used for detection of TLR2 by Western blot at 1 μ,g/mL. Despite its predicted molecular weight, TLR2 runs at ~100 kDa in SDS-PAGE. This polyclonal antibody can also detect TLR2 by immunohistochemistry at 2 μ,g/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 μ,g/mL.

Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples, Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
